Team
For us, leadership is achieved on an equal footing and New Work is not just a promise. This creates a climate of trust and open communication where ideas and feedback are welcome. Managers and teams work together on solutions and make decisions in a participatory process. We regularly assess our satisfaction at IW Consult or define potential for optimization in a happiness index. Even outside of project work, we regularly meet in a relaxed atmosphere and discuss professional or private topics over pizza etc. Once a year we take two days to review our strategy and its implementation, to provide new impulses and to actively promote our community.
